@Nutty2k ... if you, like me, surf with things turned off (blocked) you might have a problem. Whitelist Webmasterworld and things should work!

not really - the captcha image is a seochat.com url which redirects to WebmasterWorld.

i've reported the issue...

A 502 error (Bad Gateway or the server you're trying to reach is sending back errors.) for the GSC bot suggests a setup error, but it may be specific to that UA. Have you looked at your access logs for the time period you are doing the URL inspect? Sometimes you can spot the causes of errors in your logs.

(We don't check individual websites in the public forums in case you wondered why your URL was removed.)

Those are your server logs available through your hosting account. If you use ftp to update your site, you should see your server logs (assuming Apache hosting) above your root public folder in the account. If you use CP you can find them in your Folder Manager.

If you're on a IIS (WIN) server, they also have logs, but I'm not much help for 'where' they are stored.

ive checked mt Erro log and the folder is completely empty. My hosting company and CDN company are both unable to figure out why the page is getting the error. now having to submit a request to google i guess. not sure what else to do

It was not the error logs that were suggested to check. Look at your Access logs. You cannot have empty access logs. The access logs show every request for a file on your server (host) and can show you the user agent and the path so you know where to look for the error cause.
