Our company did a pr release and I checked it out just to see if all was correct.
Prweb provides a contact box to the right of the release so clicked the email link. This takes you to a form on pr's site to fill out to be sent to the email entered as contact. There is an image cap at the bottom to stop spam.

Well on the 4th try to get it to go through (I kept getting an eror message that I was entering incorrect information) so I tried all caps with the letters and it went through.

It wouldn't be an issue if they told ya the image was in caps but it doesn't.

I have no idea how long it has been this way but to me that is really a bad mistake no telling how many leads have been missed due to this simple blunder.

I did call them and report this problem so hopefully they can get their act together and get it fixed.

Just goes to show you the big boys make simple mistakes that should never be made.
