Today, we are releasing a faster way to find people right from the search box. Now if you’re searching for a celebrity, politician, athlete or even a colleague with a publicly available LinkedIn profile, Bing provides a snapshot of information about that person below the search bar. Bing's New, Faster People Autosuggest Snapshot [bing.com]
In the milliseconds between keystrokes, Bing lets you narrow down your search by clicking on the correct person. If Bing has information on a person, we let you know by displaying it below the search box. In some instances, multiple people share the same name. When this happens, we’ll provide information for the most relevant people with that name, and help you narrow down your search.

Whether you’re looking to keep tabs on your favorite celebrity or learn more about a colleague’s professional background, Bing just made it easier to find the person you’re looking for. We’re constantly expanding the number of available entities in Snapshot, including people, places and things, so stay tuned for future updates.

But what interests the vast majority of people is ..

Talking about/videoing their own crap..
Talking about/videoing "celebrity" crap..
Talking about/videoing other "majority" people's crap..

Search engines, TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, twitter, facebook etc ..know this..so..

Frequently "crap", in the above sentences, can be taken as literally ..crap..

Society gets the search engines etc it deserves..one could call it the Kardashian effect..or the Goody effect..or the "don't kid yourself about what they are really all looking for"..and that doesn't get mentioned here..

Sort out your bl00dy date based searching first and you might keep a few more people using Bing - some of the results are shocking and so out of date it makes many searches obselete.

Haha, this could explain why some of us are getting less traffic volume from the same rankings we used to. Instead of searching, everyone's too busy trying to get famous on the internet now. There's no audience left, because everyone's a performer.

Joking of course, but it is a slightly disturbing trend.
