Why can't they take no for an answer? I've had the 'Do you want to participate in the adCenter Customer Experience Improvement Program?' pop-up appearing when I log in for months now! It's getting very, very annoying!

annoyed here too, it's cookie based, so if you clear your cookies (as i do), up it comes. it should be an account setting, once you make a choice.
for me, it's also off screen right.
then once i clear it, the waiting circles go roundy roundy... seems they're using "focus" so if you have other tabs open, it doesn't load until you view the msn tab...
then the reports finally load, and the performance report doesn't include costs... so what did i wait for?!?!?!
hard to believe the first steps users encounter have had such an obvious lack of attention to detail.
