Hi

i am new to mode rewrite, can someone please help me with installing the mode rewrite for new website. Basically mode rewrite already exist on the server for another website but i need to install it for new website. structure is as follows

D:/ websites/Site1 (has modrewrite working on, and the folder isapi with all the dll is under this folder)

D:/websites/site2 (thats the one i need to get modrewrite to work on)

site1 and site2 are two different site which need different rewrite rules

Under IIS, the websites folder is accessing the D:\Websites\Site1\ISAPI_Rewrite3\ISAPI_Rewrite_x64.dll

It is only a lite version and all the rewrite rule are in the httpd.conf file under site1 folder

please let me know if you need more information in order to help

Thanks in advance

Have you paid for ISAPI_Rewrite or are you using the free version?

You should be able to just put a copy of all that in a different folder and point to the new folder in IIS.

It looks like you may have a different version than we use, but we are able to put the .DLL and config file in the same subfolder for each site.
