Google AdWords has stated that ticket sellers must now be certified
[support.google.com] to help with transparency.
Ticket sellers must not imply they are the primary marketplace, and clearly disclose that they are a secondary marketplace ticket reseller. In addition sellers must prominently display that prices may not be face value, or above, and disclose the total breakdown of all fees and taxes before requiring payment. In March 2018 sellers must prominently display the face value being sold in the same currency.
