Was testing something on my site which qualified it as a bridge page (only was testing it 1 day). I immediately fixed it once I got the email and called a rep who said it would be 24 hours for someone to review. 24 hours later I contact someone on chat and they said it would be 3 days. It has now been a week and they keep saying a specialist has to review it.
We were spending several thousand per day - what is going on over there that someone cannot review the site and see it no longer links out as a "bridge page". I would imagine it would only take 5 minutes.
I called our personal rep, but he was moved to a different department and cannot help - said I have to deal with normal support.
