The search based keyword tool is probably used most by advertisers or potential advertisers.
The SBKT's Advanced options 'Locations and languages' parameters are identical to the Adwords Preview tool's 'Display language' and 'Location' parameters.
Currently the keywords results in the SBKT link to a search on google.com.
I suggest that the SBKT's results are linked to an Adwords Preview tool style URL.
For example the chosen location in the SBKT could by default also select the relevant Google domain. For the moment we could ignore the Lat/Lon and City targeting.
It would require adding the following parameters to the keyword search links to google.com in the SBKT.
