Slow response for solving an easy problem. Is support getting worse?

I recently had a problem this weekend with someone creating an ad with bridge pages. The person registered a domain a couple days ago, added a 1 in front of the domain and copied the entire site im advertising for to his domain. My ad is for site.com and his is for 1-site.com. When you go to his page it even says site.com. The entire site is the same and all his links lead to site.com

I reported this to support yesterday practically when google opened. Must have been 6 am. The problem is totally obvious. Support forwards this to their policy team and still nothing has happened. I don't understand why they let this ad to run while investigating it. It's totally breaking the guidelines.

When I used to have problems like these, they were taken care of asap. Now i'm stuck spending an extra $500. Funny thing is, someone approved the ad to begin with and deemed ok to run because it sometimes appears in the blue below me.

Man, I'm so annoyed right now.
