After the Panda penalization Today I got this:

The article was referring to an old game I had even forgotten about. Such a game used to be for free but when the author removed the promotion i posted on such an article a link to a PirateBay page.

My blog is 3 years old with more than 2500 articles. As far as I know that was the only issue on my blog. Of course I fixed the issue, removed other 4-5 links to old PirateBay pages where you could download old Windows 7 beta versions (that were not cracked) and filed a "copyright reconsideration"

I am still baffled to what happened because my blog is "clean". It is in no way dedicated to posting copyrighted material. I have never, ever had any kind of issue in the past with Google and I do not understand why they behaved like that. They could send a warning first!

1) how many chances I have to regain the Adsense ads?
2) How many changes I have that the Google team is going to disable my account which still has thousands of euros ?
