HI,

1) Doing SEO for a site.
2)In the same site under the folder "/PPC/ all the pages of the site exists which are used for doing Ad Words Campaign. this folder has been restricted by Robots.txt

eg:

www.asasasas123.com - used for SEO Campaigns
www.asasasas123.com/PPC/ - used for Ad words Campaign

Will their be any negative impact (duplicate Issues) on this site with respective to Google as we are doing both SEO and PPC for the same site.

If you simply make the URLs in the /PPC/ directory noindex, there's no negative, even if the content is a duplicate of a page in the main website.

Wouldn't using the canonical tag be better in case the PPC pages picked up any links?
