I wonder what Dallas Mavericks [dallasmavericks.com] Owner and outspoken YouTube critic - Mark Cuban [blogmaverick.com] will have to say about this one:

[bloomberg.com...]

Google Inc.'s YouTube video-sharing site teamed with the National Basketball Association to create an NBA Channel that offers game highlights and behind-the-scenes footage.

Users also can submit their own clips through a ``Post Up the NBA'' site, YouTube and the NBA said today in a statement. The deal follows similar agreements between YouTube and groups such as CBS Corp. and Robert Redford's Sundance Channel.
