My Client Centre - reports problem

The last couple of days I've stopped being able to create new reports for clients within my Master ID account ('My Client Centre')

eg when I try to create a new campaign report for a client I get this error message:

We're sorry, but we're unable to process this request. Some of the possible reasons for this include:

- Trying to view a report that no longer exists.
- Trying to view a report that doesn't belong to you.
- Trying to download a report that has not finished running.

If you believe you have reached this page in error, please double-check your report parameters and resubmit your information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I can run EXISTING reports, just not create new ones. Has happened with other client accounts also. The only way I can create reports is to log out & log in using client log ins which is a big pain.

Anyone else having this problem? Seems my request for assistance from Google has fallen on deaf ears.
