A large part of my site consists of articles about "coloured widgets" and the most important page on the site is a list of 30 articles about the widgets with links pointing to the individual artices with titles like "blue coloured widgets", "red coloured widgets" meaning the phrase "coloured widgets" has a keyword density of around 40%.

I don't want to get penalised by SE's but i think the links are more descriptive as "**** coloured widgets" than just ****. Should i leave the prase in or not?

oh by the way "coloured widgets" is the keyphrase i get most refferals from SE's on.

Thanks

Tom
