Cookie Cutter Affiliate

We have done well with some of the cookie cutter affiliate programs mostly because we have lots of our own content. We dont want to screw up our positions in google by being labeled another cookie cutter site. We are going to put all our affiliate's products into a database and use asp pages. (www.oursite.as?category1=ourproducts)with the only link going out to the affiliate's site is the shopping cart link.
The question I have is:
Will the search engines be able to "see" our shopping cart links since they are in the data base?
Unlike a lot of websites, we want to hide our products since so many webmasters our there are using the same affiliate program. Instead we have written tons of reveiws of the products and that is what we hope will keep bringing in the traffic.
We have lost all our Yahoo traffic and we think it is because we have too many links coming off our reviews to our affiliate. I cant find the yahoo page right now but they did say it was not good to have a website meant to only direct links to another website.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated
