Currently, my company is being advertised on Clixgalore. We only decided to use the bronze service at this time.

I am thinking of launching another program for our affiliate services using pay per lead. My question is, would it be worth it to use their Silver or Gold service because although we have had a success with our other program, do they really still have any quality affiliates since many people have complained about not receiving payments?

I can only answer from an affiliate point of view.
I do not like Clix Galore and don't go searching for new companies that list on them. Why do I want to promote any sites that I won't get my payment for?
I have emailed them using their form, I have emailed customer service, affiliate sales and even the pr dept. with not one response. I called today and got a recording that said leave your name and number and we will call you back. Yeah right! They are going to make a long distance call when they don't even answer emails. I decided to fax them today with my problem along with a request to please contact me.
If I were you, I would look elsewhere. Commission Junction is who I like.
By the way...would you happen to have a direct email address to a person who might actually care about their affiliates? The worse part is the site that is making me the most money is listed with ClixGalore. Did I mention this is money they won't send me? :-)

Good luck with your decision.

Since our company is fully dependent on affiliates, I personally believe that they are the most important so in terms of our customer service, we respond within hours for anything, whether an affiliate, advertiser or website guest contacts us.

I think I will try elsewhere for promoting our program. Since we are already running a small campaign with Clixgalore, I will leave it until the funds run out.

After some serious research, the amounts of affiliates that have received no payments from clixgalore makes me wonder how clixgalore is still online.

As for your question about having a dedicated affiliate email address? Yes, we do and within our control panels, users can contact us through secure forms.
