Saw this in the logs:

38.114.3.190 - - [19/Apr/2003:10:01:22 -0600] "GET /one/path/ HTTP/1.1" 403 905 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Version: 3324 Type:3361)"
38.114.3.190 - - [19/Apr/2003:10:01:22 -0600] "GET /another/path HTTP/1.1" 403 905 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Version: 227 Type:72)"
38.114.3.190 - - [19/Apr/2003:10:01:22 -0600] "GET /And Another/ HTTP/1.1" 403 905 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Version: 4692 Type:1401)"

IP resolves to Performance Systems International, which I do not know... looks like an ISP I think.

Banned this, because:

1) Never read Robots.txt
2) DISSOBEYED Robots.txt
3) Is changing it's UA as it tries to browse

Dave,

Performance Systems International... PSI, one of the 'older' ISP's around, based out of N. Virginia ( think they even have/had a stadium named after them - PSI Stadium ).

IP doesn't seem to bring up much other than "Test Page for the Apache Web Server on Red Hat Linux", could be just your average 'cloaking' surfer, a proxy or someone looking to exploit - hard to tell.

Guess not much help...

Peter
