I'm looking for a software that can handle incoming emails and assign them a ticket number.
This way I can keep track and manage the incoming mail I receive every day at my web site.
Every desktop or hosted solution I saw is designed for help desks or sales forces CRM, but I couldn't find a simple application that gives each mail a number and keep track of tickets status.
Even an Outlook add on could work, but they are all extremely expensive (over $400) for my budget.
As far as I saw, Goldmine is the only one possible solution.
Any other suggestion?
