So I get an email like everyone else. The funny thing is you can tell based on replies who is still around and who no longer uses the site. Replies like this isn't any other forum, it's voluntary to be here, etc. That's basically saying we don't care that you don't like it.

Which is fine, if you don't. But if you didn't why the email?

My point is this: If change is really needed, then whoever decided change is needed will need to get everyone on board. Otherwise it's just gonna be frustration to everyone involved.

The people who are happy here will get all upset over people who aren't ever here trying to change the way things are done, and the people who were asked for input are just gonna leave like they did before.

When you have a site with this many users you cannot satisfy everyone. Decisions need to be made by one person or a small group of people based on feedback. If you try and satisfy everyone, you will never come up with a solution.
