Facebook has published a transparency report for the first half of 2017, and Government requests are up 21% globally to 78,890 in the first half of 2017, with 224,464 copyright reports about content on Facebook, 41,854 trademark reports, and 14,279 counterfeit reports.

It says that 57% of the data requests it received from law enforcement in the U.S. contained a non-disclosure order that prohibited Facebook from notifying the user, up from 50% in its last report.
