Now, Facebook is trying to make it easier to find that lost photo or restaurant recommendation and unearth other information buried within your social network with a tool it calls Graph Search.
On Monday, the company will roll out the feature to its several hundred million users in the United States and to others who use the American English version of the site. Other languages will follow. Facebook To Roll Out Improved Graph Search To U.S. Users [nytimes.com]
Earlier this year we announced the initial beta of Graph Search, a new way to find people, photos, places and interests on Facebook. In the next few weeks, Graph Search will roll out more broadly to everyone who uses Facebook in U.S. English.
Over the past few months, tens of millions of people have helped improve the product just by using it and giving feedback:
