First, realize I work as a consultant and adviser, explaining to these firms, large and small, that they cannot outsource their company. That they need to manage their emailing, their websites, and their social media.
So, I have two kinds of clients.
One, they are on Facebook and Linked In and it's going fine for them.
Two, clueless about next move and I need to set it up and get it going. I have 11 small firms like this and one big one.
Any suggestions on how to do this effectively?
