Serial theft from a major online retailer was discovered with a U.S. couple stealing goods worth $1.2 million.
It seems they set up many different identities and ordered goods claiming they arrived damaged, and the retailer simply sent out a replacement.

After an investigation by the IRS, the USPS and Indiana State Police, the couple will be sentenced on 9 November.

Erin Joseph Finan, 38, and Leah Jeanette Finan, 37, from Indiana, have pleaded guilty to postal fraud and money laundering.

The couple face fines of up to $500,000, as well as prison sentences of up to 20 years. People Caught Stealing Goods Worth $1.2 Million From Online Retailer [bbc.co.uk]
