I work for a company that offers a shopping cart remarketing solution. It sends email messages to cart abandoners in an attempt to convert them.
I feel I've succumbed to group think and need some help breaking out. So I thought I might ask you all for some ideas.
As someone involved with an ecommerce store, how would you prefer to learn about shopping cart abandonment? A 1-page PDF? An email series? Perhaps a short video?
If you did pursue cart abandonment remarketing, what feature would be most important to you? Tracking? Ease of setup? Reliability?
In a nutshell, what educational materials could we offer to help you understand our solution and what types of features would spark enough interest for you to request a call from us?
I admit, this sounds like I'm asking you to do my job. ;-) But honestly, I feel that it's time for some fresh perspective and who better to ask then you! :-)
