I have made use of Escrow.com's escrow services for many years, recently using their service to close a mid-$$,$$$ domain sale.
What I like is their service is it has been:
very straightforward (easy to learn so buyers don't stumble)
flexible (a degree of flexibility is built in)
responsive (they respond to contacts in a timely manner)
Now, perhaps as a hedge against other platforms - such as GoDaddy or Sedo - taking increasing shares of the domain escrow space Escrow.com is offering to also provide a negotiation platform / app / API.

I'm not a big fan of using "platforms" or "systems" for negotiating deals. For instance, my experience with DomainAgents "system" has been dreadful. Despite repeated instructions to DA to no allow their system to contact me with <$5,000 offers they keep coming back. Now, I simply ignore all contacts.
Will Escrow.com allow similar nonsense OR will they set a threshold for inquiries / offers based upon instructions from known parties?
