NHN's overseas businesses are losing steam though its power in the domestic Web portal and search market continues to grow.

The company, which operates the Naver portal and Hangame game services in Korea, postponed the launching of its Japanese search engine to next year. It also lowered its sales target in Japan and China by more than 10 percent this year to 9 billion yen and 250 million yuan, respectively.
