I'm not sure if this is the correct thread for this problem.

I keep seeing strange sites showing up as entry pages on a website. This problem shows up in Sitemeter and StatCounter.

One site I manage (I will call theirdomain) has visitors showing up as referrals (theirdomainINC.com) (notice the inc added to their domain name) which has a link to (theirdomain.calls.net) which shows up as an entry page on their site. the "inc" site is owned by someone reported in ripoffreport as someone who steals website content.

When I search for the clients domain the theirdomainINC.com site show up in Google search so when people click on it and then the link on that page that says "visit our site" the theirdomain.calls.net shows up as an entry page on their Sitemeter/Statcounter. The theirdomain.calls.net site is an exact and recent copy of the site I manage. It registers as a HTTP 200 so not a redirect.

These visits do not show up in Google Analytics.

I'm just wondering if this is harmful and what to do about it.
