Anyone had any experience with call tracking metrics? Im looking into contacting resources and was looking for some community views. A forum about web analytics seemed to be as good a place as any!

There are a number of call tracking solutions out there which, in essence, work on the principal of attaching a phone number to a specific campaign or keyword or other measurable matrix and, in my experience, work reasonably well.
However, this is a discussion forum rather than a review site and so we do not normally discuss the relative merits of a specific solution, I am afraid. Best to see if you can get an evaluation version of a solution and make your own evaluation.
