G Analytics filtering out brand searches

I am looking after marketing for business which does a large amount of offline advertising. As such brand searches, in addition to direct type-ins, make up a significant amount of their traffic.

I would like to be able to produce reports on traffic which has been produced offline vs online sources (such as PPC).

So to track traffic generated offline, ideally I want to set up the following 'profiles':

a) Traffic activity for people who typed in url directly
b) Traffic for people who used our brand keyword in their search
c) Traffic activity for both a & b together

Could anyone advise if this is possible / how to do it?

(stuff like repeat visits skewing this metric is another story and something we'll look at once we have this setup)
