They say I am in 3rd place at 0.30 cents per click (meaning id have to pay for for 1s place...
But EVERY search i do shows me at #1
Whats up with that?

could be time of day / day parting by competitors, could be other things too... geotargeting, ads that are rotating, not enough data to draw conclusions, personalized results and more. keep digging in other areas, you'll likely find opposite cases.
