I did a quick search, but did not see this discussed anywhere.
I've been finding that the YSM conversion tracking code I placed on my "conversion sales page" is completely inaccurate. It is out by a factor of nearly 5. In other words, YSM conversion tracking shows almost 5 times more conversions than I am actually getting!
I checked my code over and over, and the sales reports are going to the correct email address(es), so I'm not "missing" any, and none are getting lost in thin air.
Has anyone else experienced such a huge discrepancy in how many conversions YSM says you got, and how many you got in reality?
It's quite annoying to be honest, and the only thing I can think of is that people are hitting the back button which triggers another "conversion" in Yahoo's eyes...but five times more?

Yeah, I've had issues with wide swings both above and below other tracking mechanisms. I haven't been able to identify what is going on though since Yahoo apparently doesn't store the transaction ids that are passed over from the conversion page. If they provided this data it would be a very easy way to determine if dupe conversions were happening.
