I think part of your PPC woes are exemplified in that YPN payouts completely died for me, removed it, which I'm sure many others have done, thus eliminating millions of page impressions previously available.

I'm competing against tons of sites that on their face are bogus ad funnels. Google's Quality scoring keeps these sites off Google, and usually Yahoo editorial keeps them off Yahoo, but not now. Have you checked who you're competing against lately on some high volume terms?

In Our market, competitors are also strugling. We do have competition, very tough, but everyone is strugling. and this year i see alot of ClickBots attacking ads on Yahoo Partner Network sites.

What about conversions - have you seen improved conversion rates? We have also seen less traffic, but the conversion rates are better than they used to be.

I found out that they are not displaying ads all the time with low quality scores apparently. No indication that they are doing that unless you happen to notice that your ad is not displaying and ask your rep. Caution: If you disable partners & your CTR goes down(of course), your quality score goes down & your ads may be disabled.
