Yahoo just announced they are shutting down the Search Submit Pro service on Dec. 31, 2009. Yahoo was partnered with PositionTech to deliver this service. An official notice: "Yahoo! has decided to phase out Search Submit as an offering. Search Submit Pro Self-Serve will officially shut down on December 31, 2009. A refund will be provided for the unused portion of your account balance in January 2010."

This is pretty old news, I believe. This was announced in October.
