I was hit with a £16,500 charge in the UK last weekend- my security was not compromised so I do not know how my account was hacked and I have not been told- I have a UK phone number only sorry.

From my experience, the UK lot is not very competent when it comes to understanding their own system.... Wonder what country they're in....

They are based in Ireland and they have been very helpful- certainly availbale on the phone and email. However, I still would like to know how someone managed to get in to my account when my login details were never compromised and none of my other accounts elsewhere have had a problem. Also yahoo accounts are down from today till 5 days time - I wonder if they have had some internal hacking problem (which is what I suspect) but I would like to know for certain.
