Perhaps it's implied by the lack of response that no-one really cares about Yahoo Panama? ;)
Personally, Yahoo seems like a a bundle of confusion to me at the moment. Perhaps there are masterfully-cunning business machinations going on that are over my head, but it seems to me that on the one hand they're say "hey, come and use our search engine!" (with SearchMonkey) and on the other "go and use Google" (via the Google ad deal).
