Has the YSM query reports stopped for good?! |

I know that Yahoo reps were able to generate search query reports just like the report provided in Adwords. Recently, I have tried to grab the report again and after talking to two reps who played dumb for an hour, they finally gave in and said it used to exist but does not anymore. I find this hard to believe, why would the engine ignore this information? It doesn't make sense other than, their matching system has dug itself further into the ground and they don't want to show proof of that! Has anyone else been able to get this report from their reps recently? How did you do it? Please share. I am extremely frustrated with YSM and its performance and I am ready to cancel all of my accounts. My adwords accounts are doing fantastic, I wish YSM had the ability to perform the same.
