YSM Report Formatting
Side scroll...

 8:52 am on Oct 19, 2007 (gmt 0)

I have been trying to view reports in accounts. On the keyword performance report I now have to scroll across to view all of the columns. I am sure that before the report dropped in under the reports navigator menu and all of the columns could be viewed at the same time.

I have asked Yahoo about this and they have said that the format of the reports window is dependant on the size of the monitor and the browser used and that it cannot be changed at the moment.

My screen resolution is 1024 x 768 pixels. As this is the most common screen resolution then why don't Yahoo cater for it?

I have to side scroll too. I don't recall my Yahoo people mentioning resolution, more that's just the way it is. I agree very annoying.

Well I am told that the product teams are looking into it, but for now it is annoying if I want to take a quick look at how an account is going.

The report page is designed in a liquid format, meaning that the page should shrink and grow with the browser. The 'keyword performance report' does contain several columns which is dragging the minimum size of the table out.

You will mainly see the effects of this if you have long key phrases.

If this is a report you view often, it may be useful to hide some of the columns using the 'Customise Columns' link.
