Welcome to WebmasterWorld. Could there be some confusion here? Yahoo are now revamping their Search Submit. [webmasterworld.com] Could that be what you've been told?

You might be refering to Yahoo's Paid Inclusion program, but as far as I know there is no guarantee for getting the top spot.

| That is correct. You cannot 'buy' your way into any spot and anyone who says they can do that is full of it. You can get into the top spot but it takes a little bit of work. JAG

hey ... yes it is true. You can in Yahoo buy your way to the top organic. There is a company called Position Tech and they have what is called the Trusted Feeds. You must be approved and it is cheap. 16 to 32 cents a click. good luck. Note: this will affect you organic listings. ie I think if you do Trusted Feeds, your regulat Yahoo organic listings will suffer.
