I emailed YSM to cancel my acct today. I am completely unable to login to it...consistently getting verification code invalid messages, and clearing cache, deleting cookies does not help. Also, I was shocked that on the YSM page there is no "contact us" link and I actually had to do a Yahoo search to find that info. I only find that on seedy, underhanded webpages, and do not expect that on a major website with high-paying customers. That is just the last straw for me.
The one thing I liked about Overture vs Google Adwords was the fact that the bidding system was transparent. Even though only around 20% of my clickthroughs came from Overture, my preference for their system made advertising with them worthwhile. Since Yahoo took over, my clickthroughs have diminished to the point that YSM not worth the hassle for me, especially considering that the cost of ads will definitely increase. I am switching to MSN and will continue Google of course.

This is my problem as well. I'm getting traffic from very low quality yahoo partners. Mostly MFA sites. (or should I say MFY?) If Yahoo will give us the option to create a filter list of sites from which we do not want to get traffic, that will be great. This will definitely allow me to spend more money on my YSM campaigns. As for the missing 'contact us' link, I totally agree. It feels like they want you to work hard before you contact them, which is not a tier one company standard.
