This is insane......absolutley insane. I either have to have broad match on all my terms to get the plurals or go in and add them manually. Overture never needed plurals before, now it does. What a total absolutely nighmare Overture has become, a complete joke even.

yeah, i'm just THRILLED with their "migration script", which automatically sorts my keywords into ad groups. who knows better about their product/service, how each keyword is performing AND therefore, how those keywords should be structured in campaigns and ad groups...than the client -- me! yet they take it upon themselves to structure my account, which only makes for MORE work when i have to go in and completely REstructure everything. oh, oh -- and to find the tracking URLS, which were previously unique (and correct!) at the keyword level, are all jumbled up and often pointing to completely different products! this means conversions drop, and as that drops, i'll drop my CPC and daily budget...
who is the numbnut that thought an automated script would be a wise thing with an upgrade -- and to not even offer the option of opting out of it! ugghhhhhhhh

I haven't migrated yet but I believe every word I've read above because they're pretty much a metaphor for almost every dealing i've had with YSM. Can't wait to deal with this new disaster. We need more webmasters on wall st, send their stock back where it belongs.

I can confirm that the automated upgrade script is something you wantto avoid at all costs - if you can! The new system is the most confusing interface I have ever seen and yes I do use MSN! I have to laugh otherwise I would cry at how bad this is.
