|Advice on Trademarks|
| 12:23 pm on Nov 29, 2006 (gmt 0)|
I've just been told by Yahoo Customer Solutions here in the UK that they cannot switch off the enhanced matching feature which allows trademarks to appear under advanced match.
You can stop people bidding on a trademark but listings will still appear because of advanced match.
Does anybody here understand UK trademark laws? In my eyes Yahoo are using trademarks for profit. Are they breaking any laws?
