All of our categories and keywords are active and money is steadily being drawn out of our account, yet none of our ads are showing on Yahoo. Is this Panama related? We have been invited to apply to upgrade but haven't gotten to it yet. Am I missing something?

Glad I'm not alone in this. I've not upgraded yet either and my sites are the same. According to YSM they are in good positions but when I test it out they aren't even on the page.

Did you get any response on this?

Are you sure you are looking in the right place? I mean, if you are advertising on Yahoo US and are in a different country, you can have some problems.
Anyway, check the bidtool and then the yahoo interface. And also check other search network sites.

I'm UK based and using UK YSM, searching in UK yahoo. If I check in the bid tool I can see my bids should be high up but my bids appear nowhere. Does it matter whether I have standard or advanced match type as I changed this last night and since then the positions box just has a dash.

Im running into the same thing today. They were there yesterday, gone today, plenty of daily budget and CPC. Two diff. campaigns, same account.

I spent a couple of hours yesterday speaking to Yahoo Overture about this. For what it's worth we're a platinum customer and the answers we received were far from acceptable. We are having the same problems as you have described except our spend is down big time as well as click through. Although the support site indicates we should be in the top three - we can't find our listing when searched. Yahoo claims they're testing and we're in a different test group - which they keep referring to as "test buckets". They see us listed differently because they are in a different "test bucket" so there is no way to monitor or acturately research this. We keep getting the run around when it comes to real answers and it took them three days to come up with the "test bucket" theory. The fact that our daily spending has gone from thousands to hundreds of dollars didn't seem to concern them and they figure someone else is getting the clicks (they actually said this).

I'm sorry yet glad we're not the only ones seeing the same problem. Interestingly, Overture indicated to us that we are the only ones with the problem. Management here is talking to lawyers - that's how serious the problem has become.Maybe if we create enough noise Overture will respond appropriately.
