I've just opened an account and think I forgot to select a country on the first page. Meaning USA was chosen for me instead of UK. Anybody done this? If it refers to the country the ads are served in, I hope they can change it for me. Because there doesn't seem to be anyway I can. Wow I hope my experience of Yahoo gets better.
According to YSM, my account established in the U.S. just goes to the U.S. and English-speaking Canada. So we shouldn't be getting served up internationally.

Because our search marketing accounts do not cross marketplaces, the default for your listings is to be restricted to the US and English speaking Canada. You do however have the ability to expand your campaign internationally by navigating to searchmarketing.yahoo.com/int.php or by calling 800.351.4165 for more information about our international accounts.
