site:example.com is showing more than 150,000 results where as only 2000 i can see in Yahoo. If Google has no issue in crawling and indexing my pages then what could be the reason Yahoo is not indexing. My each page has properly defined H1, H2, H3, title, keyword and other meta tags.

Yahoo search data is now provided by Bing.com
I suggest you go to their Webmaster Tools and add your site. Then submit a sitemap.
Their console will give feedback on number of pages crawled and any crawl errors. Any errors reported should be fixed.
