My site has not received traffic from Yahoo in over 5 years until 7/16. It is about time. Thank you Bing.

Yahoo! Begins Testing with Microsoft [ysearchblog.com] | We’ve started testing organic (also referred to as algorithmic) and paid search listings from Microsoft for up to 25 percent of Yahoo! Search traffic in the U.S. The primary change for these tests is that the listings are coming from Microsoft. However, the overall page should look the same as the Yahoo! Search you’re used to – with rich content and unique tools and features from Yahoo!. If you happen to fall into our tests, you might also notice some differences in how we’re displaying select search results due to a variety of product configurations we are testing. |
| | Pending the results of our current testing, we anticipate that our U.S. and Canada organic search listings in both desktop and mobile experiences will be fully powered by the Microsoft platform beginning in the August/September timeframe, and paid search in October. |

Good luck to Bing and Yahoo! As a user and a marketer I've just about had it with Google's search and maps. Bing is better in the most recent searches I've made on specific topics. (G was nothing but spam. Interestingly, Google often offer up results from Yahoo Answers, which are always lame. Yahoo and Bing both rarely bring those up. Ha.)

| Not for me. The article engine posted states that the only people seeing this are a proportion of US viewers.

Definitely seeing Bing results on Yahoo. This is great news, as for some reason Yahoo has never liked me much (I think they inherited some sort of penalty I had from Inktomi), but Bing loves me. That makes it very easy to tell the difference, and what I'm seeing is certainly Bing.

Bing results on Yahoo? I've been wondering about that for some time. What is the point of two search engines showing exactly the same results? Seems pointless and a contraction of the search engine market to me. At least there was Google, Yahoo and Bing before, now it's just Google and Bing with Yahoo equating to Bing. Have I misunderstood?

Yeah, it looks like Bing did a significant reshuffle at the same time, I don't really know how often they do that because frankly I don't track my rankings on Bing very closely. That will probably change.

Seeing it pretty consistently here in the North East US. This is a huge swing in the search landscape. Surprised there's not more discussion going on.

Agree with Randle. I am also in the same geography and while I rarely search at Yahoo, since I was already there, I tried a few search, and noticed that the results page had an inconspicuous line about search coming from Bing.

Jgold454, it seems that the results are appearing but not 100% of the time. Maybe they are still testing it and working out the bugs.

Same Here, What was odd was for quite a while when things first switched over, we were seeing Bing results in Yahoo, but the traffic increase we anticipated just was not there. All of a sudden huge jump.
