Just curious, is your site found in Google and MSN? Because if they are not either, we can be looking at a more serious problem.
But if it is not found in Yahoo but found in Google and MSN with pretty recent cache dates, then it is really a Yahoo specific problem.
I have not been experiencing problems like this recently so the only thing I can think of is maybe you have issues with your robots.txt?
Not sure if this is really important also but Yahoo has bought several search engines in the past and their bots come in various names are still running up to today. I am not sure if blocking one of them may affect Yahoo overall. These bots are FAST, Scooter, Inktomi, etc.

Same thing happened with one of my sites. Number #1 for a bunch of competitive terms in Google, completely dropped out of the Yahoo SERP, others just fell dramatically in rankings. MSN and Google are fine, my Y! ranking just went to hell...anyone know what's going on?

The first thing to do is check the site in Yahoo Site Explorer [siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com]. How many pages does it show indexed?

In my case, 977 with 3600 backlinks
