| Search Submit Express vs. Search Submit Basic

We currently use Search Submit Express and see healthy boosts in rankings through the program (when it works). We're pondering switching to Basic, because it is currently supported and doesn't have a PPC model. Has anyone tried both? Did you see your sites rank the same with both? I looked into Search Submit Pro, but its 75 cents/click instead of 30, which is too high for us.
