Help - Yahoo Directory renewal won't take
Refuses to change card expiration

Our Yahoo Express Renewal notice arrived on August 15th, and I duly went in to double-check all areas. Our listing expires August 29th.

The credit card has a new expiration, though. I hit "edit," changed it, no problem. Got a message that it sometimes takes 24 hours to "take" in the "order management" area.

Went back the next day to check that it went through. It did not; still states the old expiration. Changed it again.

Went back again today and found that it still has the old expiration date for the credit card. There is no contact information that I can find, no "e-mail customer service" button, and Help is no help at all.

I have cleared my cache, logged in properly. If I try to "request a change," there is no option for billing issues.

What can I do to fix this problem? Does anyone else have experience with making changes in the billing area of the Yahoo Directory listings? Any advice on who or how to contact Yahoo?

I too am having problems with the directory though mine is different. I am trying to submit a site to the directory but it keeps saying that "We were unable to access your web page. Please double-check your URL."
I have pasted it, handtyped it etc, tried with www and non-www (it has redirect) and it still doesnt work. Site is reachable, has traffic today and is indexed in all the search engines including yahoo and can be reach from there. No idea whats wrong.

What we have in common is that there is no way to contact yahoo that i can find. Really poor service from Yahoo

I've had these types of problems too (among others) with the directory and paid inclusion programs.

Phone number for Y! directory billing:
866-562-7228 #5 (although listen to the options, it may not be option 5 anymore)
