Search Submit Express Problems!

I have a few URLs in Search Submit Express and my reporting has been inactive since June 13th and money hasn't been deducted out of account. However, my URLs are live in Search Submit program via Yahoo! results.

Does anyone else have this issue? Or does everyone use Basic? (any advantages?)
