I stickied the YPN support staff with a question about placing ads on a new website I have. Not more than three hours later my phone ringed and a YPN support person was there. He asked me to clarify my question then recommended I re-read the TOS in addition to answering my question.
Oh ya - he gave me the phone number to the YPN support organization in case I had another question.
Like YPN or not - they actually have human beings working there...
I've called them a few times for help. The same guy always picks up the phone on about the second ring (no computerized answering or options to select) and is very helpful. I think he is running the entire show ;o)
